1 Month Pregnant
Month one covers weeks 1 to 4. Pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period, so you conceive around the end of week 2, and the embryo implants in your uterus in weeks 3 and 4. By the end of the month, a pregnancy test can turn positive.
